What happens in a session?
Sessions can take place in person at my home in Spring Hill TN, online via Zoom or over the phone.
For international clients, sessions take place over Zoom.
Each session is unique to your needs, but here's a general overview of the process...
How are things going for you right now?
It all begins with this simple question. We’ll spend the first few minutes of the session discussing some things that have happened/are happening in your life. We can discuss challenges and limiting beliefs, feelings, or experiences. You don’t even need to know what caused the problem to transform an issue. Issues can be physical as well as mental, spiritual, or emotional. We can also talk about experiences that have happened in the past that may be holding you back in the present day. I hold a safe space for you to share anything you choose to, although sharing the details of an experience with me is not always necessary to make a shift. In cases where experiences are traumatic, you may not be comfortable sharing details initially, and that’s ok. It’s good to keep stories brief and to the point so that we can focus on balancing the outcomes. It is up to you to decide what you share, and the best part is that the process can still work even though I may not know anything about your situation.
How do you want it to be?
Once we have a good idea of how things are going and what issues are coming up for you, we’ll dive into what you want to experience instead. I will ask questions like “What beliefs do you want to hold?” or “How do you want to feel?” or “What do you want to see happen in your life?” As a certified facilitator in several different modalities, we can then discuss the best method to achieve your desired outcome. I may use only one or multiple methods in each session, as each modality is effective in its own way. Learn more about the different modalities here.
Release emotions, find imbalances, and process in a whole-brain state
Now that we have decided which methods to start with, we will tap into your subconscious mind using kinesiology (the muscle testing technique) to discover what trapped emotions are present, what imbalances can be energetically cleared, or what whole brain balance is right for you. You may feel a physical, emotional, mental, or even spiritual change immediately, or it may take a few minutes, hours, or even days. Some changes may be noticeable, others subtle, yet just as powerful. It is important to remember that expecting changes to happen is helpful, but being attached to an outcome is not. Trust in the process and timing of the results.
Celebrate and discuss
When a new perception/belief is balanced or imbalances are cleared, it’s essential to celebrate. A virtual or real hug, a high five, a fist pump, a moment of silence, clapping, dancing - you name it! Celebrate in a way that feels right for you. If you’re open to sharing, I would like to hear what insights or experiences you had during the integration process, as it not only helps to guide the direction of the session but verbalizing those experiences brings to the forefront of our consciousness the power and awareness of the changes that are happening.
Check-in and evaluate
After each balance and clearing, we will revisit your state of being and see what else needs attention. We will use the various processing methods to continue making changes on a deep and lasting level.
Action Step
When we make a shift in our subconscious beliefs or clear energetic imbalances in our bodies, we are creating a potential for a new way of life. To help support and solidify the changes, it is often helpful to put a simple action step into place at the end of each session that is relevant to the issues addressed. Examples can include giving your spouse with whom you’ve had a conflict a hug or holding your hands to your heart and expressing gratitude. Whatever you decide, it is best to keep it nice and simple as you will likely follow through with it. The action step intends to set these new changes into motion.
Schedule and Follow up
You may be wondering how many sessions you need. That is up to you. You may only need one session to resolve an issue, or depending on how deeply rooted an imbalance/emotion is, it may take a few more. In my experience, the most powerful outcomes are achieved over three to five sessions within about two months. We aim to work through all the layers to help you achieve your desired outcome. Many of my clients set up their next appointment right after a session, but if you want to see how things go and schedule when you’re ready for another one, that is fine, too. I am always available to answer questions, and more than anything, I would love to hear from you about the changes you are noticing in the following sessions, so please feel free to share those with me.
